When registering and using our services, we may collect and store certain types of personal and usage data to operate and improve our platform. The types of data we may collect include your username, email address, nicknames or display names, full name (if provided), IP address, usage logs, metadata, and any files, messages, or content uploaded to our services. By signing up and using our services, you consent to this data being stored and processed on our systems. We use this information to provide access to and maintain our services, communicate with users when necessary, improve functionality, security, and user experience, and investigate abuse, violations, or technical issues. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law or to protect the integrity of our services. Data is stored in accordance with United States data protection laws. Users from jurisdictions outside the U.S. should be aware that data may be handled differently from the standards of their local regulations.

To request user data to be deleted, please contact brokensatellitenetwork@gmail.com with a formal request to delete your data. Please provide any of the usernames, email address, nicknames or display names, and/or full name (if needed) that you would like to be deleted.

Data that cannot be deleted may include data that is held by a paid user of our services, in this case, please contact the owner of the server hosted on our services to request deletion of the data.

For any files or services stored on our free network, we reserve the right to access and remove any content the we deem to be in violation of the terms, with or without notice. 

When there has been reported concerns about content stored on the offending account or service, we may ether delete the content, or terminate your account or service depending on the severity of the content. We will not provide any grace period for the data before it is permanently deleted.

For any files or services stored on our paid network, we will request confirmation to any content that there have been reported concerns about by other users within or outside our services. if the content you have that is reported violates our terms, we will ask that you remove the offending content. 

If the offending content is not removed within 14 days, we reserve the right to terminate your account and give you a 30 grace period to download your date before it is permanently deleted. 

Our services operate under and comply solely with the data protection and privacy laws of the United States. We do not comply with or guarantee adherence to international data regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People's Republic of China, Italy’s Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, or any similar foreign regulations. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be handled in accordance with U.S. law, regardless of your country of residence or local data protection requirements. If you are subject to any of the above international laws, or if your jurisdiction requires specific compliance, you are advised not to use our services.
